I use the “ta{y}ble” as a figure of speech a representation of me {Tay} it’s a co~operative component to give clear view of what is happening “now”. I believe that everyone is always bringing something to the “ta{y}ble” whether they know it or not ….
My passion is Fashion and I write about intellectual property, a part of the industry that I have chosen a career path into and combined the two so I can share the subject of Fashion Law with others who are as inquisitive as I am. I am bringing to the ta{y}ble information on the behaviour of Fashion Brands {Luxury, High-St (does that still exist), E-commerce & of course the infamousFast Fashion} and those who are behaving~badly, and of course I have to add contrast and include the brands that do behave so you will see updates on: new drops-lines/items/styles, fashion shows, models, and more.
What do I mean?
You know we don’t really hear about Fashion Brands and how they beef {who’s suing who} with each other but we do see how they compete and there is a micro-thin-line between trend and ‘how dare you copy my idea’. We know they mutter ‘unstitch that b**ch’ indirectly via powerful legal counsels {my desire}, who are always ready to slap lawsuits for what some might see as not a big deal. But copying a letter out of a logo {whoops} using an identical shape/style, of an item, or garment, can actually land a fashion brand in deep doodoo ~ not even a thigh~high pair of badass~boots can describe how deep.
So slide into your Louboutins…. Go get in your Gucci…. Cover yourself in Chanel…. Hold onto your Louis Vuitton…. Let’s get ready~to~be~ready to throw some F**** that’s Fendi {giggle} by the way and have some FUN !! All I wish for you to do is enjoy my blog and express how you feel by leaving ‘comments’.
I really want to develop my style of writing as I complete my Law Degree, and focus upon enjoying myself as I platform the unseen/unheard parts of the fashion industry.

Fashion should be good for the planet~ it’s good for you:
I shall be flipping the script to see what goes on behind the scenes at fashion brands: Sustainability, Garment trails -> I am creating a map/trail of where brands get their items made, and how involved are they with the garment workers. Wondering why? People & Planet ~ we should all be caring for.
