A company that basically sells greeting cards are trying to hi-jack.. by trademark registration of the Artist’s name —> clearly too sell his works and profit from everything he has previously created and all future creations.
FACT
It is not a crime and sadly this type of:
“I shall take what is yours and make money from it” is nothing new, and unfortunately has a track record older than us all. Hence the world of intellectual property: trademark, copyright, patent, and more.. these are my areas of law I specialise in and I shall delve into more detail as my blog takes shape and grows..

What would be the action to take? It is unimaginable too say the least but sadly it is nothing new in Civil Litigation, companies are consistently misbehaving and so many actually get away with it.. Not today though !!
So how can this be.. you are all saying to yourselves —> it can be especially if you become a sensation overtime and not even in your wildest would you ever believe that people will steal, or take what you have created with possibly good intentions i.e. allow others access too your products/items/creations, and I have never heard that anyone has created a company to sell another person’s creations because they just wanted too.. No way —> it is so rare that I cannot actually find a record on it, and please do not mention charity events as you have slipped off the narrative slightly so here’s my hand.. allow me too pull you back on..
