Louis Vuitton is bringing food too the table in the most stylish way. Just a few days ago {1st February to be precise} the fancy French fashion maison opened up a restaurant and café in Osaka Japan.
Launching on floors above the store are Le Café V and then a more intimate setting for dinner at Sugalabo V. I can only imagine the waiting list for evening reservations is already booked up and they are possibly taking bookings for 2021.

And it doesn’t end there. Featuring a cocktail bar {above photo} and outdoor terrace for the ultimate chic soirées, and of course with blinding decor and mouth watering dishes.

Now the time too drop your jaws even more —> the famous chef chosen to head up this culinary concept is the one and only Yosuke Suga, go do your research it will be worth it but for those who just want too know now: he wore his apron with the master the 32-Michelin star- I had no idea of his wealth of achievements — how many stars {tongue roll} Joël Robuchon.
This attractive place to be has been created with an essence of secrecy, and is believed to be hidden {not anymore}, and boasts an open kitchen —> teasing taste buds with the aromas bursting from the room of preparation.
Louis Vuitton does not stop there…. The decor is inspired by Vuitton’s furniture and travel accessories collection. Even the plates are a creation of their own designed by another creative genius Tokujin Yoshioka —> a guarantee that one will feel as though the food will be seated on a piece of art. Mind blowing experiences seem to be assured for this will be a post shopping adventure and clearly a thought out strategy that takes shopping to another level without losing the objective of “pleasure” to the customer.
This is not the first time a fashion house has delved into another industry, that has nothing to do with fashion, for instance: Saks 5th Avenue with L’Avenue. Nordstrom opened a restaurant called Wolf. Tiffany {now owned by LV} opened Blue Box Café back in 2017.
Some, mainly foodies/chefs anyone connected to the industry, will argue that food is art and dishes are creations therefore justification of fashion brands collaborations with the culinary world should never be questioned. I totally agree, but others I have exchanged words with have expressed their own views: Why? Are they being greedy? Have they lost their minds? Is this how entrepreneurs roll? Business is business!!
Honestly who cares —> I am just wondering how far will this expand too? I anticipate that this trial-model will answer that question and how cool would it be in London, amongst other amazing cities. In the meantime I am adding Japan 🇯🇵 too my list of countries too visit and undoubtedly I am heading to Louis Vuitton to shop, eat, hangout and who knows I possibly could bag myself some romance in the form of a gentleman —> currently dating my desires and in love with my career journey, my fashion law blog and the stock building for my luxury garments resell fashion business: called WOO+ yes it is happening “Worn Only Once+” will be launching 2020 and pop-ups too —> excited and happy to be protecting the environment and pushing for us all to get the most out of our wardrobes.. Lookout for my post on this SOON because the concept is the way forward for Fashion Passion People —> like me..
